Immunity Smoothie

Total Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients 

1 1/2 oz. spinach
2 pears (chopped)
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. almond milk
1/4 c. unsalted cashews
1 T. flaxseed
1 T. chia seed
1/2 c. water

Instructions 

  • Blend together spinach and almond milk until liquefied.

  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for about one minute.

  • If the mixture is too thick, add more liquid (1 T. water and 1 T. almond milk) at a time until you reach desired consistency.
