1 1/2 oz. spinach 2 pears (chopped) 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. almond milk 1/4 c. unsalted cashews 1 T. flaxseed 1 T. chia seed 1/2 c. water
Instructions
Blend together spinach and almond milk until liquefied.
Add remaining ingredients and blend for about one minute.
If the mixture is too thick, add more liquid (1 T. water and 1 T. almond milk) at a time until you reach desired consistency.
