1 c. water 3/4 c. rolled oats (or oat flour) 3/4 c. packed pitted dates 1/4 c. chia seeds 1/4 c. hemp seeds 1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds 1/4 c. raw pumpkin seeds 1/4 c. raw almonds 1/4 c. dried cranberries, chopped 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper
Put oats in a blender on the highest speed until a flour forms. (Skip if using oat flour.) Transfer oat flour into a large bowl.
Blend water and dates on medium to high speed until they form a smooth paste. If the dates are too firm or your blender has a hard time blending them, soak them for 20 minutes.
Add all of the ingredients into the bowl with the oat flour and stir well.
Spread the mixture into the pan with a spatula.
Bake at 325F for 25 minutes, or until firm. Let cool for 5 minutes. Divide and enjoy!
