Vegan Raspberry Dressing

Total Time: 5 min
Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

1 c. frozen  raspberries 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive or avocado oil
3 T pure maple syrup
1/8 tsp fine sea salt 

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.

  • Add 1 T. at a time for a thinner consistency.

  • Enjoy as a veggie dip or salad dressing.

  • Can be stored up to one week in the fridge.
